Have a New Years?
Posted in Konnichiwa on December 31st, 2008 by adminI’ve been wanting to update my blog for a while now. Its been really crazy these past three weeks, I don’t know how my niece found time to update her blog when we were all out doing stuff. When I do find an opportunity to update my blog, I forget what I was going to write about. And now that Mary and Simon are gone, I find myself on the computer again. I guess things are returning back to normal.
Usually I like to post something everyday, even if it is nonsense. Problem is, I forgot how I do it. I’ve lost my way of blogging. There were times on the San Francisco trip where I found myself wanting to update my blog with something funny I saw, but I forgot what it was.
After searching through the pictures on my phone, I’ve decided that I will do a picture story. I will post pictures from my phone to show what I’ve been up to these past few weeks. I will start with the latest pictures first (ascending, right?).

I ate this for lunch today at Strings. It was my first time there so I didn’t know what to order. It is Salmon and Shells’…or something like that. Pretty bland…but the bread made up for it.

This is Mary visiting her Mom and Grandma before she left. As you can see, Mary is playing her DS because she gets bored easily. By the way, we were there one minute before she popped her DS out.
Spy photos from Keothip Restaurant. I ordered their ‘Thai Spicy Chicken Salad’, I cannot express how delicious it was. Although for $10, it is a small amount but still worth it. Mary and I decided to come here since it was her “last day in Visalia”. -_-

I’ve stopped taking care of the dog since Mary came down for Winter break. Even though she was ‘suppose to’ take care of PuPu I decided to check on the dog anyway. I was not surprised to see her water bowl empty.
Did I every mention that I put the dog on a high protein diet? Well, I did and I also limited her food intake to two cups of dry dog food. Unfortunately, Mary doesn’t really care about this and decided to give her four cups. Grrr….>:(

‘The Mom’ has been sleeping over because her children (Simon and Mary) are back home. In this photo, she is making noodles with no broth. Ingredients: Fish Sauce, Sweetened Chili Sauce, and Capoon Noodles. This would have given me instant stomach failure.
12.25.08
This is my niece Sirena and her messy room (my room is worse btw). Mary and her were suppose to be at a Church gathering, however being part of the Yang family, she got there 4 hours late (no exaggeration). By the way, she asked me to take this picture because her narcissistic nature demanded it.![]()
This was earlier in the day where Sirena and Mary was suppose to be. The Church gathering thing was really boring. Sorry, I had to say it. In the picture is my niece Shannon and her friend playing their instruments. I can’t even recall what song it was.

Yummm….This was a delicious bowl of Ramen I ate at Mifune Restaurant. This restaurant is in one of the malls at Japan Town San Francisco.![]()
Mary and Sirena blocking the view. -_-

Still in the way…

It was a tall temple thingy.
Before we arrived at Japan Town, ‘The Dad’ decided to stop at a rest stop to take pictures of the Van. In the picture, you can see all the dead shrubs.![]()
I wanted to show everyone Simon’s bald spot, but I think he got a hint of what I was trying to do. o.0

Yes, there is ‘The Dad’ taking pictures of the Van. lol![]()
This picture is the morning of us getting into the van to leave to Japan Town. The night before, ‘The Dad’ told me that we would be leaving at 10AM. Well, we didn’t leave till 1PM. Getting everyone to get up was very difficult.
Mary lagging… >:(

This is Simon and his imaginary shot gun, no joke. o.0![]()
Simon looking up at the ceiling for spider fairies.![]()
‘The Dad’ spent a lot of money on snacks that night.
Sirena realized I was telling the truth when I said she wasn’t the shortest Asian around. ![]()
This was our (Brianne and Mine) basket of goodies. Mochi and Pocky…which the Dad ended up paying for because Mary tricked him. Mary’s, Simon’s and Sirena’s basket was filled with $90 of Pocky and Mochi.
12.20.08
I found a Christmas List on the floor so I decided to take a picture of it.
12.19.08
We went to Cantons that night for his late birthday dinner.![]()
Shinobi Mary…trying to conceal her swollen cheeks. She had her wisdom teeth pulled. lol
So I think I posted enough pictures for tonight. I believe that this Christmas was pretty fun. With the year almost over, I feel that I have not accomplished as much as I should of. This upcoming year, I would like to go back to school. Either online classes or on Campus. Hopefully I can find a job with decent hours.
Anyway,
Happy New Years!!!
^Wow…it looks like a Captcha image. Lawlz. ^
