Perfect timing, I don’t have any cash to buy you. =( Like many of you know I have been waiting for that perfect netbook. The more I read up on them, I find myself waiting for the newest one to release. I’ve been reading about the S10, which is made by one of my favorite computer manufacturer’s.

At the moment, I have enough to get the AA1. Now, I’m kind of reconsidering.

Henry passes the Smog Check…

“Congratulations! Your vehicle passed the enhanced Smog Check inspection, which helps California reach its daily goal of removing an extra 100 tons of smog-forming emissions from the air. Thank you for keeping your vehicle well maintained.

Knowing that I am helping California air is good, I think. I spent over $200 fixing my car today. Quite depressing. I hope nothing goes wrong with Henry within the next four months, because I’m broke. =(

Miracle @ St. Anna

Err . . . So I watched this movie today (at the theater). It was very odd, and weird. So weird that I don’t even have words to describe what I just watched. I believe this is caused from not being prepared to see this film.

While eating Mac and Cheese at Hometown buffet, I received an invitation via text to watch this movie. A movie that I have never heard of. I declined at first, but I realized that if I didn’t go, poor Nathan would of watched it alone in a stadium full of pedophiles.

I told him straight up that if this movie was another sports drama, he would have to refund me the full value of the tickets (which was $0 because Brianne paid for them). Fortunately it was not. Instead it was a movie about a group of guys who saved a boy. A boy that suffered PTSD, with a mixture of schizophrenia and a mild case of racism. Still, this boy was the medium that held the movie together.

Interesting as this movie was (haha -_-), I give this movie a -7 out of 10.

I dun get it. o.0

CG movies often repel me. Although, I thought I’d give it a chance. This movie I have to say is unique, I guess. There were times where I was thinking I was watching a action sequence from a game. Like, what happened when you killed the boss.

Still, a film that I do not recommend adding to your collection. I give this movie a -4 out of 10. I rather watch Wall-E, yuck.

Awakenings

This is a movie that I do recommend for those who like feeling sorry for others. During the intro of the movie, I was already debating if I should just skip to the end since this film was based on a true story. My mouse was too far away so I decided to continue watching it ‘normally’. Seeing young Leonard in the beginning struggle with his hand cramps made me remember how lame life is for some people.

Similar to a Japanese film I watched a while back called 1 litre of Tears, I have to admit that I actually liked both these movies equally. I give both a 2 out of 10.

Here is a trailer to the movie.
